Siapa sini yang selalu terlajak bangun sebab asyik main gadget sampai tengah malam? Sekarang ini, ramai orang ada handphone, tablet, dan laptop sendiri sampai susah mahu tidur malam. Dari tengok televisyen, scroll media sosial, check email, sampailah online shopping. Semua di hujung jari sudah.
TURN OFF YOUR GADGET
Kenapa perlu hentikan tabiat bermain gadget dan cara mudah untuk pastikan kau dapat rehat yang cukup setiap malam.
Main gadget ini memanglah fun. Kau tekan-tekan saja dapat terus info yang kau cari. Lagi-lagi, main game saja sekarang boleh dapat duit sudah. Siapa yang tidak mahu lepaskan peluang begitu. Itu sajalah, tabiat ini boleh menganggu tidur dan buat kau kurang bertenaga esok hari.
Kita semua ada yang dinamakan Circadian Rhythm. Ia berfungsi sebagai jam dalaman yang sentiasa berfungsi sepanjang hari. Jam ini yang kawal bila kau patut tidur, bila patut bangun. Masalahnya, kalau kita selalu terdedah kepada cahaya dari skrin elektronik, kitaran tidur kita jadi terganggu.
Ada orang yang lebih sensitif sampaikan orang-orang ini lagi mudah terkesan. Jangan cakap kau tahan tukul. Semua orang memang akan terkesan, sama ada kau perasan atau tidak. Kau mungkin rasa okay sebab otak kau sibuk sepanjang hari, tapi tubuh badan kau tidak pernah menipu. Lama-lama, kau akan rasa letih dan lesu. Takut nanti nasi jadi bubur.
Paling penting, kau kena tahu yang tenaga kau tidak akan sama sepanjang hari. Ada waktu puncak di mana kau boleh buat kerja dengan laju. Ada juga waktu down. Misalkan lepas lunch yang kau rasa mengantuk betul. Kalau kau tahu bila waktu-waktu ini berlaku, senanglah untuk kau atur hidup dan guna tenaga secara efektif.
Jadi, salah satu cara untuk jaga rhythm badan ini adalah dengan mematikan elektronik sekurang-kurangnya satu atau dua jam sebelum tidur. Kalau kau plan mahu tidur jam sebelas malam, cuba tutup tv, handphone, dan semua skrin lain pada jam sembilan atau sepuluh malam. Memang susah sikit sebab waktu inilah banyak rancangan best, tapi jangan risau.
Ada streaming, rekod. Boleh tengok keesokan hari. YouTube pun ada juga. Tidur yang cukup lagi penting daripada drama yang kau boleh ulang tayang. Macam tidak sedar diri betul saya ini. Lagi-lagi yang pencinta segala macam drama, anime, dan movie macam saya yang marathon tengok sampai ke pagi. Habit yang saya patut buang sebenarnya. Tidurlah secukupnya. Bila bangun tidur saja, terus rasa fresh, lebih bertenaga, dan tidak rasa mengantuk. Itu sajalah, sayonara!

Banyak orang rasa tidak cukup masa dalam sehari. Sampaikan, ada yang kerja sampai malam. Balik saja rumah, buat kerja-kerja di rumah lagi. Padahal, time di rumahlah sepatutnya digunakan untuk rehat, tidur, dan recharge balik tenaga.
STOP BUANG MASA
Saya akan kongsikan tips yang simple tapi berkesan untuk elak buang masa dan tingkatkan produktiviti.
Sebelum meneruskan pembacaan, cuba fikir. Berapa banyak masa yang kau rasa terbuang setiap hari? Kalau kau rasa hari-hari macam tidak cukup masa, ini mungkin sebab kau belum buat dua langkah penting yang boleh bantu kau urus masa dengan lebih baik.
Satu cara untuk elak masalah ini adalah buat jadual. Guna kalendar online atau kalendar kertas, mana-mana yang kau prefer. Mula-mula, tulis dan jadualkan semua yang kau sudah confirm ada, macam kerja, appointment, tidur lapan jam sehari, dan sebagainya. Jangan lupa masukkan juga lunch date, dinner dengan keluarga, event, dan apa-apa yang memang kau tidak boleh atau tidak mahu miss.
Lepas itu, kau akan nampak berapa banyak masa yang kau betul-betul ada untuk buat benda lain. Mungkin tidak banyak sudah. Bila kau tahu betapa sibuknya kau, senang sikit kau mahu buat keputusan. Bila orang minta kau buat something, kau boleh refer balik kalendar tadi dan decide sama ada kau boleh bagi masa lagi untuk itu atau tidak. Senang sikit mahu cakap tidak kalau perlu.
Satu lagi cara adalah kurangkan pilihan dalam hidup. Kalau kau sudah plan awal-awal mahu makan apa hari ini, kau tidak perlu buang masa fikir apa mahu masak lagi. Sebaliknya, refer saja meal plan. Misalkan hari ini kau plan mahu masak ayam kicap untuk dinner. Keluarkan bahan-bahan yang perlu saja, prepare awal apa-apa yang boleh dan dinner akan siap lebih cepat. Kelebihan kalau ada meal plan ini sebenarnya bukan menjimatkan masa saja, tapi menjimatkan duit sebab kita beli bahan-bahan yang diperlukan saja untuk masak.
Lagi satu benda yang buang masa adalah pilih baju. Jadi, sediakan baju apa yang mahu dipakai malam sebelumnya lagi. Masa hujung minggu, asingkan baju-baju kau. Mana baju yang kau tidak pernah pakai, keluarkan dan decide mahu derma atau buang. Kalau boleh kurangkan, kurangkan lagi. Lagi sikit baju yang ada, lagi bagus. Bukan saja dapat bersiap lebih cepat tapi juga menyingkatkan masa untuk bersihkan rumah.
Segelintir dari kita juga mungkin ada banyak betul barang-barang di rumah. Itulah salah satu sebab yang buat kita banyak buang masa untuk membersihkan dan menyusun ruangan. Bila kau tahu apa yang kau ada, dan semua barang ada tempatnya, senang untuk nampak apa yang kau tidak perlu. Kalau kau tahu dalam rumah kau ada banyak tupperware, jangan fikir mahu membeli lagi. Bukan kena guna semua juga, silap-silap jadi collection saja. Melainkan kalau itu memang hobi kau, lain cerita. Kau bukan saja jimat masa tapi duit. Bila jimat duit, kurang-kurang juga stress sebab tiada duit. Next time lagi kita bercerita. Stay tuned!

Completing all the tasks to celebrate Lantern Rite during Genshin Impact's version 4.4 was a significant milestone for me. Throughout my time playing Genshin, I have never managed to fully complete a special festival or version until now. Although I have not finished exploring the new area in Chenyu Vale or the standalone events, completing the main quest for Lantern Rite felt incredibly rewarding.
GENSHIN IMPACT 4.4
In this post, I will share my experience and thoughts about the cutscene and also the activities or events during this festival.
First of all, I want to share my thoughts about the cutscene. At that time, the lights went out, and I remember it clearly. I mean, I really did not expect Gaming to appear out of nowhere from the sea to perform his lion dance. The most heartwarming scene is when Gaming's father saw it and then when they hugged. I was so happy at that moment. For that, I really love the game developers for making such a wholesome gaming experience! Another thousand stars for the storyline too. I cried while watching it. It was just a game, but I was so moved that I even had mucus coming out because of that scene. Overall, it was really great! Not to mention Yaoyao and Qiqi too. Cuteness overload! They are so short, holding hands while running down to Liyue Harbor. Since I met Yaoyao at Mount Aochang, I have been waiting for her and Qiqi to appear in the cutscene because Yaoyao mentioned she wanted to fly a kite with her best friend during Lantern Rite. At that time, Qiqi was not there. So, maybe that’s also one reason why I wanted to finish the main quest this time.
Another thing I want to share with you guys is about my experience during the activities or events. To unlock the main quest with the cutscene above, I had to complete several events first. I regret not taking pictures or videos while doing this quest, so I could share them here. I will do it next time then. The first activity was to help Gouba and Yuegi find ingredients for cooking called paper shadows forging. Gouba and Yuegi are the pets of Xiangling and Yaoyao. Theoretically, that's the story, but in the game, you actually have to push blocks that are blocking their path to get the ingredients. There are also some other rules, but there's no need to be too specific about them. There are seven stages in total. I managed to complete most of the stages quickly, but I struggled a bit with the last stage. The game was quite fun.
Then there is the second event called joyful beasts and their auspiciousness. It has three stages, but you need to reach certain scores. You have to pass the scores first before you can go to the next event. It also requires you to enter co-op mode. Co-op mode means you have to enter the multiplayer mode and compete in the event with other real players. My favorite part of the second event was pushing each other! But that’s not the main purpose. Pushing is just to add scores. The actual goal is to compete with other players in several mini-games. The mini-games include running to collect coins and staying in the safe zone. I even got the highest score at least once! At first, I didn’t really like the event because I rarely accept co-op mode requests in the game. When there’s an event that requires co-op mode, I feel really awkward playing. But eventually, it was not as bad as I thought.
I also liked the event called iridescent cloud striding. Accompanied by the beautiful view of Chenyu Vale, I was asked to be a collector of some sort in the sky. When I searched again, we had to collect those glowing lotus flowers. In the game, they are called lantern jade lotus lanterns. There was a sort of slingshot that made us fly. The slingshot is called golden's carp leap. The important thing is I was able to complete the last event without any problems. After completing all the events above, I got to choose a character from Liyue to join my small crew. So, I chose Yunjin. Since I completed all the mini games, I finally got to enjoy my first free skin. The free skin is for the character Xingqiu. Luckily, I already have him in my crew.
There are actually many other events for this version, but I only mentioned the main quest to get the in-game experience cutscene. Some people have shared it on YouTube, but it doesn’t feel the same if you don't know the full storyline of the quest, right? So far, this is one of my best experiences. I hope I can join the events for the upcoming versions too. Bye!
